Quality and Training Trainee

Job Brief

Tidyco Ltd is looking for someone to work in our quality and training department to ensure that our products and services meet the quality expectations that our customers expect. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and have a basic engineering background and be able to work with Microsoft word and Excel. As an SME we need a person with a flexible and constructive approach to quality and training who looks for ways to ensure that all employees buy into the Tidyco procedures and quality systems because they see the benefits and results of working to them.

Salary:                Negotiable depending on experience
Working hours : 8-5 Monday to Friday
Holidays:            25

Job Duties:

  • Monitoring the production workshop and doing periodic Quality Control checks
  • Implementing improvements to production processes that lead to overall increases in product quality
  • Working together with team leaders to discuss solutions to quality issues
  • Satisfying customer expectations about the product's quality
  • Complying with ISO 2015 accreditation requirements
  • Auditing materials provided by suppliers to assure quality before incorporation into the product
  • Investigating causes of quality problems and proposing solutions
  • Training with employees to help ensure the products produced meet the quality standards required
  • Control the NCR’s within Tidyco to ensure they are dealt with within agreed time scales
  • Assist in carrying out FAI documentation packs and inspections

Commercial Account Manager, Derby, Competitive Salary plus Bonus & Company Profit Share Scheme

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to recruit a sales professional who is ready to join our successful team and contribute to the great company culture and over achieve their targets.

Reporting into the Commercial Operations Manager, the purpose of the role is to achieve sales revenue and margin targets, whilst delivering an outstanding level of customer service. The role involves answering inbound calls/ email enquiries, outbound prospecting and developing additional revenue within allocated key accounts which you will be responsible for. Broadly, this will be achieved by computerised quotations and sales order entry/progressing and frequent customer contact via telephone, e-mail and occasionally, in person.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handling incoming telephone, internet, email client enquiries UK and International
2. Persuasive, empathetic, but effective lead converter/ sales closer
3. Achievement of Quarterly KPI’s and targets
4. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and managers
5. Comply with Company SOPs
6. Undertake other related duties as required to compliment the role or achievement of KPI’s
7. Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
8. Undertake price reviews of product portfolio
9. Effective and total management of sales pipeline

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

1. Good organisational and presentation skills
2. Good written and spoken English
3. A proven track record of achievement of sales targets
4. Team Player

PREFEREED OR DESIRABLE SKILLS:

1. Demonstrable experience of working with Microsoft packages, CRM packages, and packages such as Sage

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to recruit a Commercial Operations Assistant who is ready to join our successful team and contribute to the great company culture.

Reporting into the Commercial Operations Manager, the purpose of the role is to support all aspects of the sales cycle, whilst delivering an outstanding level of customer service. The role involves answering inbound calls, email enquiries and liaising with customers and suppliers. Broadly, this will be achieved by computerised quotations and sales order entry/progressing and frequent customer contact via telephone and email.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handling incoming telephone, internet and email enquiries and orders
2. To ensure orders are processed on the system accurately and timely as per SLAs
3. To support sales orders completion at all points of the sales cycle
4. Work with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of orders
5. To provide proactive administrative support of the sales database & Sage 1000
6. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and managers
7. Comply with Company SOPs
8. Undertake other related duties as required to compliment the role or achievement of KPI’s
9. Seeking and quoting new tube bending opportunities for our new tube bending division

PREFFERED OR DESIRABLE SKILLS:
