Climate Control Division – Sales Executive


Tidyco are looking to recruit an individual who would be key to the development of the Tidyco Climate Control Division.


The Competencies & characteristics we’re looking for:

Essential Skills:
• Experience working within the industrial heating / air con Industry
• Knowledge of DX air conditioning systems
• Target driven with track record of achievement

• Ability to identify and develop opportunities within the market place

• Experience of working with M&E Consultants / specifiers
• Experience of working with Contractors/Installers

The Business unit you would be joining:

The Tidyco climate control division offers HVAC supply, maintenance and repair services throughout the United Kingdom.

Tidyco climate control division is one of the UK’s premier providers of HVAC services including air conditioning systems and industrial warm air and radiant heating systems.

Our customers range from those in the public sectors to SMEs and large private sector organizations. We provide expert advice and service on many aspects of HVAC services from initial equipment selection, supply and on-site installation, right through to the whole-life maintenance of the system as well as any upgrades or repairs which may become necessary in the future.

Purpose of the Role:
• Develop sales to grow the climate control division
• Promote planned maintenance business via the on line portal
• Grow Contractor Direct accounts
• Develop End User relationships/specifications
• Support development of distribution channel through online store
• Proactively network across all channels

Key Objectives:
• Sales growth for the climate control division
• Sales growth of planned maintenance business
• Identifying & Growing End User business opportunities
• Identifying & Growing project opportunities
• Maintain and improve margin contribution

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate sales in line with KPI’s
• Generate margin contribution in line with KPI’s
• Increase awareness through active engagement with M&E Consultants and specifiers
• Engage with Contractors to generate sales to support business growth
• Customer Relationship Building and proactively planned networking activities
• Identification and development of business opportunities for/from Consultants/Contractors/End Users and Channel partners and map or network to the appropriate partner to maximize sales and business development
• Maintain accurate project information within the Tidyco database
• Provide monthly reports and weekly call plans to management
• Set up, prepare and attend monthly 121’s with climate director to support progress and performance

Commercial Account Manager, Derby, Competitive Salary plus Bonus & Company Profit Share Scheme

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to recruit a sales professional who is ready to join our successful team and contribute to the great company culture and over achieve their targets.

Reporting into the Commercial Operations Manager, the purpose of the role is to achieve sales revenue and margin targets, whilst delivering an outstanding level of customer service. The role involves answering inbound calls/ email enquiries, outbound prospecting and developing additional revenue within allocated key accounts which you will be responsible for. Broadly, this will be achieved by computerised quotations and sales order entry/progressing and frequent customer contact via telephone, e-mail and occasionally, in person.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handling incoming telephone, internet, email client enquiries UK and International
2. Persuasive, empathetic, but effective lead converter/ sales closer
3. Achievement of Quarterly KPI’s and targets
4. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and managers
5. Comply with Company SOPs
6. Undertake other related duties as required to compliment the role or achievement of KPI’s
7. Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
8. Undertake price reviews of product portfolio
9. Effective and total management of sales pipeline

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

1. Good organisational and presentation skills
2. Good written and spoken English
3. A proven track record of achievement of sales targets
4. Team Player

PREFEREED OR DESIRABLE SKILLS:

1. Demonstrable experience of working with Microsoft packages, CRM packages, and packages such as Sage
2. Experience of selling in a business to business environment
3. A positive, can do, solution centric attitude
