To work internally to offer support to the climate control director

Reporting Relationship

Reporting to the climate control director

Main functions

General Administrative Support

  • Management of system generated reports
  • Helping customers with queries.
  • Generating and management of quotations
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Climate control director support
  • Assisting with customer projects
  • Entering “Bill of materials” and associated data
  • Sourcing material and supplier quotations
  • Entering part information
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Preparation of internal and external reports and documentation including HSE documentation
  • Preparation of reports and KPI graphs

Climate control coordinator Support

  • Assisting with report management
  • Helping customers with queries.
  • Generating quotations
  • Liaising with accounts department
  • Asset management

Other responsibilities

  • Assistance to customer service department
  • Liaising between departments
