The network of Tidyco Hose Doctor mobile engineers are on call 24/7 365 days a year. Moreover, our fleet of modern vehicles are equipped with state of the art tooling and equipment and carry all relevant Parker hoses and fittings. The Hose Doctor Group work to an aim of having an engineer on-site within 1 hour of receiving the customer’s initial call out, ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum.

Tidyco is a part of a nationwide group of Hose Doctor Distributors located strategically across the UK. Tidyco Hose Doctor is a Hydraulic Hose repair and replacement service, offering additional support within the wider Hydraulics industry.

As a Parker Hannifin distributor, the customer is guaranteed quality hydraulic hoses and fittings on all repair and replacement jobs. Tidyco has stock visibility on all ISO approved Parker Hannifin Hose specifications as well as all additional components.

The Customer Portal, our own proprietary system, allows you to log in and manage a number of activities with us, such as: enter new jobs, enter PO numbers, view completed jobs and much more. For access to the Portal, please contact hdadmin@tidyco.co.uk 

All Hose Doctor engineers have a state of the art mobile vehicle, equipped with Parker Hannifin hose lengths and components, power operated swaging machine, electronic hose saw and adjustable manual vice.

To maximise productivity Tidyco has integrated IT systems which tracks the mobile engineers live location. This is so the Hose Doctor coordinator can allocate jobs in accordance to the engineer’s location of call out, decreasing the engineers travel time and distance to the next job.
