CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a background in Hydraulics or Pneumatics. Technical and commercial experience of Parker Hannifin products would be advantageous, but most important is a passion for Customer Service excellence by adopting a culture of Continuous Improvement.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To manage a team of customer service co-ordinators to provide outstanding levels of service and thereby to maximise the sales potential of all existing/prospective customers. Broadly, this will be achieved by actioning and monitoring enquiries, computerised quotations and sales order entry/progressing. |
