HOSE DOCTOR ENGINEER

Working closely with the existing Hose Doctor Engineers providing onsite hose replacement and technical support for a wide customer base.

The ideal candidate will have experience of hose assembly manufacture as well as experience of a wide range of Plant and machinery. Equally important is a desire to provide outstanding service in the field and thereby increase sales. A full driving licence is essential. The position offers an excellent salary, plus commission, plus unsocial hours allowance and use of a Company vehicle. Full on the job training will be provided for the successful applicant.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Hydraulics or Pneumatics. Technical and commercial experience of Parker Hannifin products would be advantageous, but most important is a passion for Customer Service excellence by adopting a culture of Continuous Improvement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To manage a team of customer service co-ordinators to provide outstanding levels of service and thereby to maximise the sales potential of all existing/prospective customers. Broadly, this will be achieved by actioning and monitoring enquiries, computerised quotations and sales order entry/progressing.
