The Bipump is a rotary vane self-priming pump that can be operated on either 12 or 24 volts D.C. and has a large fl ow rate. It is fi tted with a bypass valve, has a cast iron pump body, a steel shaft, which is fi tted with a lip seal, and has a TESV IP55 motor fi tted with crocodile clips and a line fuse. It has a duty cycle of 30 minutes. A useful carrying handle is fi tted and it is mounted on a base plate. Maximum suction lift, with a foot valve, is 5 metres, however without one, 3 metres, or less, is recommended. It can be supplied as a bare pump or with a pumping kit, that comprises a manual nozzle*, hose fi ttings, strainer and 5 metres of rubber/PVC hose that can be cut to required suction and discharge length. Maximum liquid temperature is 50ºC. It should not be run dry, so an initial priming of diesel is necessary. Suitable for biodiesel. It MUST NOT pump water, petrol, high viscosity liquids, chemicals, solvents or products with a low fl ash point. * Some cars will not accept this size of nozzle (please check with our sales department for guidance)
