Tracking Your Order

When you place an order on the Tidyco website, you will receive automatic confirmation and notification of the status of your order as it progresses as follows.

1. Following a successful card transaction with SecPay, you will receive an email from SecPay to notify you of the transaction on your card.

2. You will then receive an email Web Order Confirmation from Tidyco's automatic order processing system to advise the exact details of your order in the form of a pro-forma invoice.
