Customer Feedback Service

How it works

After the customer receives their goods, Tidyco sends out an online satisfaction questionnaire that the customer is invited to complete (all customer identities remain confidential and uncompromised at all times). Below is a list of real comments supplied by our customers through our customer satisfaction feedback service. If you have any doubt that placing your online or telephone order with Tidyco is the best thing to do then we hope the comments below will set your mind at rest.

If you had a facility for taking mobile phone no instead of just landline this could have been avoided. Otherwise good!	Thank you for your comments, Tidyco will investigate the addition of a mobile number. The use of a landline number is to reduce fraud.
