Can your employees get hold of my card details?
Absolutely not. No one at Tidyco ever obtains your card information. The card information is only handled on the PayPoint Secure site.

What if I have a good reason to cancel after I have paid?
Subject to our standard terms of sale, if there is a valid reason to refund such as a wrong product delivery etc. then Tidyco will immediately refund the charge by crediting the transaction back to the card account. This is done through PayPoint and we do not obtain any of your card information whilst processing this. Problems of this type should be reported as quickly as possible to:

How safe is my personal information?
Tidyco will only record the information required to deliver the order. This information is for the purpose of carrying out the order only and will never be divulged to any other company, save the carrier who delivers the order to you. By using reputable carriers, Tidyco ensure that your personla information remains safe. The information will be kept on our order processing system for the purpose of accounting, however we may use your email address to inform you of any important information you should know such as the status of your order or information regarding servicing of equipment etc.
