How soon will I receive my order?
If you are within the UK, standard shipping for in-stock products is next business day for orders placed before 3.00pm BST. Products not in stock will normally take 3-5 days to deliver. Overseas orders will normally take 7-10 days to deliver

How will I know if my order has been processed?
The ordering system will automatically sen an email confirmation at the time of online ordering. You will also receive a confirmation from SecPay that the transaction was successful. Once Tidyco processes your order we will send you an e-mail confirmation with delivery details.

Can I pay by mail?
Yes you should obtain a cost for the the product using the webstore, then telephone the details to our order processing line +44 (0)1332 851300. We normally despatch the products on clearance of the funds through our bank. You can send payment by cheque to:

What is Tidyco's guarantee or return policy?
Tidyco offers a 10 day returns policy which is subject to a 15% handling charge providing the product has not been used. Tidyco guarantee all new products in line with the manufacturers policy.

Depending on the order delivery location we will charge VAT within the UK. We will not charge VAT on orders delivered outside the UK.
