Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our Order Acknowledgement Policy and availability. If the Product you have ordered is not available from stock you will not be able to place an order on the Tidyco Online Store Website. However, if an order is accepted for which there is no current stock you will be contacted by e-mail and will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Tidyco Online Store Website.

Order Cancellation
All orders cancelled before the goods are despatched will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Order Acknowledgement Policy
Your order will only be accepted and a legally binding contract entered in between us on despatch of the Product to you.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Tidyco Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Tidyco Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over £5000.00 (Inc. Vat) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Tidyco Online Store is a retailer to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the Products offered by Tidyco Ltd.
- The contract between you and us will be completed on the despatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
- The sale contract is therefore completed in England.
- We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Once you submit an order, we immediately prepare all stock items for delivery. You can cancel your order at any stage until delivery. If you would like to request the cancellation of an order, please provide:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Date of your order
- The Product Code and Quantity of the item you would like to cancel.

Delivery
All orders placed with Tidyco Ltd will be despatched via a next working day carrier service. You will receive an automated email on the day of despatch, please ensure there is a person available at the delivery address on the day of delivery to sign for the goods, failure to this will result in the goods being returned to the local carrier depot and additional charges may be incurred to re-deliver the goods.
Doesn't Work?
Tidyco Ltd stands by the high quality of all our Products. Each Product will have been tested and inspected by an authorised engineer prior to delivery. If in the unlikely event of a product failure please follow our returns procedure in the section below. If the product failure is found to be as a result of operator error Tidyco reserves the right to charge the customer for collecting the goods and any parts and labour required to return the product back to working order.
In the unlikely event of a problem all Products are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by Product.
Returns Procedure
Product returns will only be authorised after the end user has confirmed that all operating manuals and instructions have been carefully read and adhered to. Product returns must be authorised with Tidyco 5 days from goods receipt, failure to do so will result in the goods being refused return. All returns must be in excellent condition, unused and be authorised by Tidyco Ltd through contacting sales@tidyco.co.uk or calling 01332 851300 Tidyco Ltd reserve the right to a partial refund if the goods are not in perfect condition on return. All items must be returned in 'as-new' condition, in the original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Failure to return goods in this condition will affect the value of the refund. All returns will be subject to a minimum 15% re-stocking fee.
All products being returned to Tidyco must be empty of all fluids such as fuel, oil, water etc.
**Please Note - If the products are found not to be defective, the customer may be liable for any additional shipping costs incured.**
Description Of Products
All details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Tidyco Online Store Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was inputted. Although we aim to keep the Tidyco Online Store Website as up to date as possible, the information appearing on the Tidyco Online Store Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Payment
All prices are correct at the time of entering information. You will receive an electronic confirmation of our receipt of your order via e-mail. Payment can be made by any of the specified Payment Methods. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the despatch of your Product.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
Refusal Of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from the Tidyco Online Store Website at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content on the Tidyco Online Store Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from the Tidyco Online Store vvWebsite whether or not that Product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Tidyco Online Store Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
The eligibility to purchase Products on the Tidyco Online Store Website is limited to those parties who satisfy our Eligibility criteria. By making an offer to buy a Product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
Credit Card Security
All orders are 'encrypted' to ensure safe transmission to us. We utilise secure server software (SSL) through SecPay to ensure your information cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Eligibility
To be eligible to order Products on the Tidyco Online Store Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Tidyco Online Store Website under English law you must register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, credit card details and other requested information. Purchases on the Tidyco Online Store Website can only be made by those individuals aged over 18 years of age with a delivery address in the United Kingdom (excludes some commercial premises and PO Boxes) who meet these terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to us, whose applications are acceptable to us and who have authorised us to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for any Products which they purchase. |
