Tidyco's Planned Maintenance (PM) service minimises costly machine breakdowns and down time giving you the customer piece of mind that your critical plant and equipment will always be operational, safe and running effectively.

The system works by documenting critical items on the machine e.g. filters, drive belts, hydraulic hose assemblies etc. this information is then entered on Tidyco's PM system. The hydraulic hose assemblies are given an IDENTI HOSE number that is unique to that hose assembly; this number is clearly marked on the hose for future reference. Tidyco will service the machine at regular intervals and all necessary parts renewed to ensure the machine will continue to run without interuption.

Another benefit of PM is the ordering of replacement items for your machines couldn't be simpler, Tidyco will even hold them in stock for you so reducing unforeseen lead times and eliminate expensive call out and labour charges! Replacement parts can be ordered by phone or on the internet by simply quoting the part number or IDENTI HOSE number.
