Tidyco can manipulate tube up to a diameter of 62mm in a range of materials depending on the customer's specification. Using the very latest in numerically controlled (NC) bending machines Tidyco can produce manipulated tube to customer's samples or in medium to high batch quantities. Using NC bending machines ensures the highest possible levels of dimensional accuracy, repeatability and quality at all times.

Tidyco has the capability to add a wide range tube features, such as flaring, beading, weld nuts, weld fittings, compression fittings, surface finishes etc. Tidyco's parts kitting service can be used to kit together all the associated items required by the customer such as rigid tube assemblies, hose assemblies, fittings, clamps, preformed silicon hoses etc. The kit is then assembled by Tidyco and despatched to the customer.
