Tidyco designs and builds, custom made fluid transfer units to suit any customer's specifications and requirements. Using the latest computer aided design (CAD) systems, Tidyco will produce a full design proposal and costing based on the customers fluid transfer requirements and application.

A fluid transfer system that Tidyco manufactures as standard is a 205 Litre system as seen on the left. This system is a portable filtration and oil transfer unit is designed for on site preventative maintenance of fluid systems.

The portable filtration system has too main functions: to ensure new "dirty" fluid often contaminated during handling is delivered into the fluid system at a specific cleanliness level.

Also to permit the periodic off line clean up of the existing fluid, the oil pump draws fluid through a primary suction filter, and is then past through a high quality polishing filter to remove particulate down to 3 microns absolute.
