Accredited to ISO 9001:2000, Tidyco's manufacturing facility is set-up for one off or bulk batch production to customer's specifications, part samples and drawings. Tidyco uses the latest Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system to facilitate it's manufacturing department, allowing full visibility of material supply, work in progress and finished goods, so minimising lead times and satisfying customers delivery requirements.

Tidyco operates a planned maintenance (PM) system on all of it's critical production machines to minimise breakdowns and maximise productivity, ensuring customers products are delivered on time, every time! All Tidyco staff have computer training records to facilitate their continual development and to ensure the highest possible product quality levels.
